another milestone

My dear sweet child has officially learned how to tie her shoes! I wasn't ready for this yet. Isn't she a little young???? She's been practicing since July, but all of a sudden she became VERY determined to figure it out. Sunday was her big day. Now that she's gotten the hang of it, she keeps asking me to tell everyone we know about her newest accomplishment. She's so proud of herself! I'm proud of her too, but also a little sad. She's growing up entirely too fast. (sniff, sniff)
